The app stores the following data locally on your device using UserDefaults: Expense records manually entered by the user Selected categories and budgets Preferences such as currency, theme (light/dark), and notification settings No data is transmitted to any external server. No account creation, login, or authentication is required.

2. How We Use Information

The locally stored data is used solely to improve your in-app experience: Retain your preferences between app launches Allow voice input for quick expense entry Display personalized expense analytics and category trends

3. Data Sharing

Evenflow Tracker does NOT share any data with third parties. All information stays on your device and is not uploaded, sent, or analyzed externally.

4. Third-Party Services

Evenflow Tracker does NOT use: Analytics or tracking SDKs Advertising networks Third-party integrations Your activity is completely private and self-contained within the app.

5. Device Permissions

Evenflow Tracker requests two optional permissions: Notifications: Used only to send reminders (e.g., daily summaries). Notifications are optional and the app works fully without them. Microphone Access: Only used for voice input when entering expenses via speech. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted. These permissions are only used for their specific intended purpose, and you may decline or disable them at any time.

6. Data Retention

All data is stored only on your device. If you uninstall the app, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

7. Your Choices

You remain in full control of your data: Enable/disable notifications in system settings Deny microphone access if you prefer manual input Use the in-app "Reset" option to clear your local data and start fresh
